Q. 옆가게에서 소리가 너무 크게 들리네요

밸리지역에서 아이들을 가르치는 작은학원을 운영하고 있습니다.
한달전 같은 건물에 옆으로 하나건너 (옆자리는 빈공간이고 그옆자리에 들어옴)
복싱 도장이 들어 왔는데 운동기구 몇개를 벽과 지붕 프레임을 연결해놓아서인지 그것을 주먹으로 칠때마다 쿵쿵 소리가 너무 크게 남니다.
그쪽 권투 도장 외국인 주인하고 두번 이야기를 해봤는데 건물주하고 이야기 하라고 하고 저랑 상대를 안하네요. 현재 건물주에게는 편지를 보냈는데 건물주도 응답이 없네요..현재 아이들이 스트레스를 많이 받고 학부모님들도 신경질을 내는데 학원 운영에 문제가 있을것 같네요..아직 리스가 몇년이 더 남았는데..어떻게 해야 하나요?

You are in a very difficult situation. As the tenant, you are legally entitled to enjoyment of your lease. If the noise or any other nuisance is too much where it severely interferes with the use and enjoyment of your lease, the landlord must cure that problem or landlord is in breach of the lease agreement. As such, you should send an official demand letter to cure. If that doesn't happen, then your next move is to sue the landlord. Of course, becareful about that noise level. It has to be such that an ordinary person would find it to be a nuisance and not a sensative person.
