안녕하세요


601A를 오랫동안 준비해서 접수를 하였는데 거절편지를 받았습니다.


rejected your form i-601a application because the fee receipt by Department of

state is missing from your application.

you may correct the deficiency and resubmit the form i-601a with a copy of the fee receipt.

nvc consular case number provided by department of state is missing from your application. you may correct the deficiency and resubmit the form i-601a with NVC

consular case number block filled in onthe form an application is not properly filed until accepted by uscis

complete the application fully submit the appropriate fee and include all required supporting documentaton.

한번 거절된것으로 나중에 문제가 될수 있나요?

그리고 601A 절차가 궁금합니다.

오랫동안 준비해서 접수 했는데 거절이 되서 걱정이 됩니다.

비자 신청 수수료, 케이스번호 불비 등의 문제로 신청서류가 반환되었습니다.  불비된 서류를 잘 정리하시면 다시 접수시키실 수 있습니다.  일단 접수가 되면 한번 거절된 것이 문제되지 않습니다.
