Q. PUA certifying 진행중에 의문점

안녕하세요~
PUA 승인되어서 처음 claim 하다가 헷갈리는 항목이 있어서 질문 올립니다. Certified 를 위한 질문중에 제3항 If self employed, did you attempt to resume self-employment?
에 Yes or No? 행정명령으로 가게를 못열고 있어 당연히 No 해야할것 같은데 attempt to resume? 가게 재오픈할 시도조차 안했다면 혹시 불이익이 있을까 생각하니 Yes를 해야될것도 같고 혼란스럽네요.. 3/15 부터 지금까지 쭈욱 가게는 못열고 있습니다. Yes or No? 한 수 부탁드립니다.

pua FAQ (자주 묻는 질문) 에 보면 no 라고 대답 하라고 알려주고 있습니다.

Week 1/2, Question 3 asks whether you looked for work or contacted your last employer, or, if self-employed,
whether you attempted to resume your self-employment. Normally, you would answer “Yes” if you
looked for work this week or attempted to resume your self-employment. You would answer “No” if
you did not attempt to resume your self-employment or search for other work during the entire week.
However, until further notice from the EDD, if COVID-19 is the reason for your request for PUA
benefits, you can answer “No” when the EDD asks whether you’re looking for work. If you meet all
other eligibility requirements, you will continue to receive benefits. No matter which way you answer
this question, you will be asked follow-up questions on the next screen, though they will differ based on
your answers. Hopefully this would help. Good Luck!
