이 내용이 임대료에 국한된 것인지, 아니면 제가 비즈니스를 10만불에 사서 20만불에 팔 때 차액 10만불 이익금을 5만불씩 랜드로드와 나눠야 한다는 것인지 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

8.1.11 Transfer
Profits. All rents
received by Tenant from its Transferee in excess of the Rent payable by Tenant
to Landlord under this Lease and any sums paid by a Transferee to Tenant in
consideration of or reasonably allocable to the Transfer of this Lease shall be
equally split equally between Landlord and Tenant as and when received.
