저는 영주권자이고 2013 년 부터 택스 보고 해오고 있습니다 2019 년 택스 보고 했고요

2019/2월 부터 2020/ 1월 까지 뉴욕에 있는 회사를 다녔고요 2020/1월7일 부터 뉴져지 위치해 있는 화사에서 2020/3/31 까지 근무 했고 코로나로 인해 회사에서 Unemployment 신청하라고 하는데 저의 거주지는 뉴욕 입니다 어느 주에 신청하는게 맞는지요?NY . NJ 전무가 분의 답변 좀 부탁 드립니다

감사합니다 NY 신청해야 되나요? 마지막 회시가 NJ 인데? 회사 주소로 신청해야된디고 해서 헷갈리네요 최종 회사주소가 Nj 인데요?

"If you live in New York State, but all your work in the past 18 months was in another state, file your claim with the state where you worked.

If you worked in 2 or more states in the past 18 months, you must file your claim with one of the states where you worked, no matter where you live.

You may be able to combine wages from all the states where you worked in the past 18 months. OR, you may use only the wages earned in the filing state.( If you earned enough wages in your paying state to qualify for the maximum benefit amount, then the paying state will not combine wages from other states on your claim.)

File your claim in a state where you worked, then that state will tell you all your filing options to receive the highest benefit amount."
뉴져지 위치해 있는 회사에서 "코로나로 인해" Unemployment 신청하라고. . .(거주지와 관계없이) 신청 사유가되니, 뉴저지에서 신청하셔야죠.
