Medi-Cal로 받은 nursing facility services 양로병원,
home and community based services 양로보건센터 서비스에 대하여
국가 (주정부)에 의한 회수/환수 /recovery/Repayment 대상의 "재산"은
고인의 검인 재산 'probate estate'으로 제한되며
(캘리포니아는 Probate-only states)
즉, 고인의 이름으로 해당 부동산이 소유된 상태가 아니므로
고인의 'probate estate' 가 아니며 "Estate Recovery" 대상이 아닙니다.
[Repayment will be limited only to estate assets subject to probate that were owned by the deceased beneficiary at the time of death.]
