엘에이에 사는 분만 해당이 되는지요?

아니면 오렌지 카운티에 사는 사람도 신청가능한가요?

그리고 영주권이나 시민권자만 해당되는지요

영주권 기다리는 중에도 신청할 수 있는지요?

The Los Angeles County Development Authority's (LACDA) jurisdiction
includes all unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.

There are 88 incorporated cities in Los Angeles County and
18 have their own public housing agencies:

Baldwin Park*
Burbank
Compton
Culver City
Glendale
Hawaiian Gardens
Hawthorne
Inglewood
Long Beach
Los Angeles
Norwalk
Pasadena
Pico Rivera
Pomona
Redondo Beach
Santa Monica
South Gate
Torrance
