안녕 하세요
다름이아니라 요즘 불경기 때문에 렌트비 내기가 힘들어서 고민 하다 주인에게 렌트비 좀 절감 해 달라고 했더니 알았다 하면서 새 계약서에 싸인 하라 해서 읽어보다 서류 맨 밑에 언제든지 나가라 하면 나갈것 이라는 조항이 있어서 싸인 안하고
다시 똑같은 조건에 있는데 저 보고 옆에 비어있는 가계 로 옮기라고 해서 싫다 하니까
달러샾이 우리 가계 자리를 원한다고 가계를 무빙 해 달라고 하면서 2주전에 설계사가 와서 가계를 둘러보고
자꾸 이유같지 않은 이유로 트집이고 3/1/13날짜 도장 찍힌 체크가 있는데 3/18렌트 늦게 냈다고
벌금$270내라고 오늘 편지가 와서 너무 속상하고 억울해서 어떤 해결 방법이 없나
고민 끝에 올립니다

What you need to know is that if you are in compliance with all the terms of your lease agreement, there is nothing you should be afraid of. However, if you are not, the landlord can give you notice to cure and thereafter sue you to evict you. One thing you should consider is that if the landlord wants your space, you have some bargaining leverage to negotiate a deal such as moving to another unit as reduced rate. There may be other things that can be done.
