아래와 같이 되어있습니다

Additional Extension. The Extended Term shall be automatically extended
for one additional term of 24 months (the “Renewal Term”), for the portion of the
Premises being leased by Tenant as of the date the Renewal Term is to
commence, unless either Landlord or Tenant delivers written notice to the other of
its intention not to renew the Extended Term no earlier than the date which is 270
days prior to the expiration of the Extended Term, but no later than the date which
is 180 days prior to the expiration of the Extended Term (“Non-Renewal Notice”).
If neither Landlord nor Tenant delivers a Non-Renewal Notice on a timely basis,
and provided that Tenant is not in Default at the time of commencement of the
Renewal Term (provided that Landlord, in its sole discretion, may waive such
Default solely for the purpose of effectuating the automatic extension of the
Extended Term and not with respect to Landlord’s remedies with respect to any
such Default), then upon the expiration

계약서에 관련 조항이 있고, 그에 대해서 아무 조치도 취하지 않았다면, 건물주인 말대로 자동 계약 갱신이 되어서, 그 이후에도 책임을 져야 하실듯 사료됩니다. 혹시 모를 Early Termination 관련 조항을 찾아보시고, 건물주인과 협상을 진행해 보시기를 권해드리겠습니다.

회신들 감사드립니다
네 계약서상에는 더 이상 사용하지 않을거면 Termination 180 days전에 Written notice를 Landload에게 보내야한다고 되어있습니다
Office lease를 몇번 해봤지만 이런 조항은 처음이어서 제가 Notice주는걸 Miss한것 같습니다
답답하네요
