Q. DIAG.: Hollow Visceral Myopathy and L/O for Shy Drager, Mitochondrial myopathy

Is anyone know about the treatment for above described diagnosis? and do anyone know about the medication called itopride. Also, can I get this itopride from Korea. I will appreciated your help.
