안녕하세요
질문은
중범을 받았어요 2005 에
프로 베이숀 3년이 2008 년 11 월 끝나구요
매달 프로 베이숀 오피스에서 지문 직구요

형량을 경범으로 낯추수 있다고 하는데 알려주세요

Probation 기간이 끝난후 Felony(중범)은 경범으로 낮추고 Dismiss 하는것은

가능합니다.

그러나 중범의 기록이 없어지는것이 아니고 형 확정 받은 날로 중범의 기록은

있으나 Probation 기간이 끝난후 Case가 경범으로 낮추어 지면서

Dismiss 되었다는 기록이 위에 기록과 함께 나타나게 됩니다.

Even though your Probation is over, Federal Criminal Record is very hard to change from Felon to Misdemeanor. Ususally Federal Judge does not negotiate the criminal Record.
If You committed State Crime, You might have 10% chance to change. You might need recommedantion letters from Family, community, Church, fomal Your probation Officer and You need to fill-up all kind Government Form for Approval It might take long time to get an approval. It is not easy to change. You might need to hire Criminal Lawyer to do Your work.
I undersand Your situation that every Employer asks " Have you ever committed any crime past 10 Years? Forget the Job & Dont worry too much. Be a Own Boss. Self employeed, Independent Contractor, Internet Business man, partnership, Own Corporation or Make money in foreign countries. Employee works for small amount Pay Check. Their Jobs are also pain in the Butts. Dont forget the BIG HOPE.
