저의 거래처 입ㅤㄴㅣㄷ.

경기가 어려워서 그런지 물건값을 계속해서 미루고 check를 자주 bounce를 내고 있습니다. 그래서 cash로 받고있는데 cash도 잘 주지 않고 있습니다.
형사고발을 할 수 있는지요 답변 부탁드립니다. 수고하세요

Technically, you issuing a bad check is a criminal offense. If you turn it over to the district attorney's office, they may process your checks. However, it will take a long long time, and you will not be able to sue the check issuer during the time they prosecute the issuer of the bad checks. It will probably be better to sue in civil court.
