Q. criminal record - green card interview

안녕하세요?
저는 어렸을떼 미국으로 이민온 여성입니다.
아버지 사업이 잘못되는관계로 work permit을 4년전에 expire했습니다.
현제는 결혼해서 green card interview 날짜를 받아논 상테 입니다.

문제는...제가 grand theft혐희가 있습니다.
이번년도 초 1월에 형을 1루 살다가 나왔습니다.
WAMU bank와 joint account가 잘못되어서..WAMU에서 일방적으로 저를 grand theft으로 몰았습니다.. 그후 제 변호사가 (외국변호사임) settlement을 하는게 제일 빠르다고 하여..settle한후 하루를 prison time하고나왔습니다.

제가 궁금한것은....
제 인터뷰떼에 이 felony case에 대해서 물어볼텐데...문제가 없을찌요?
waiver라는걸 file하면 괜찬은건지요?

I came to the states when i was just 8 years old with my parents.
I have a felony charge of Grand theft due to some complications with my family joint account with WAMU. This felony was charged this year January.
Now I am married to a citizen and I got a interview date for a green card. I am very worried that through the interview they will make an argument since I have a felony charge. Please help. thanks

Don't worry..
You are okay. since you are not charged by court.
If they do ask you for statement, tell them the truth and don't lie.
You are good to go!
