Q. 시민권증서없이 미국여권 신청하는 방법

시민권 신청하지 않고 미국여권시청하는 방법 알려주세요.
아이는 16세이고요.부모모두 시민권자입니다.
입양을 해서 영주권은 취득한 상태입니다.
근데 시민권 신청을 하려니 시간이 잘맞지 않아서
하루하루 미루게 되네요.
얼마전에 시민증서을 받지 않아도 미국여권을 신청할 수 있다고 하던데 아시는 분들께서 어떤서류를 준비하면 되는지 자세히 설명 부탁드리겠습니다.

아이가 시민권자격임을 입증하실수 있다면, 시민권 증서 없이도 신청이 가능하시지만, 단지 영주권 신분인경우에는 어려우실듯 사료됩니다.

•The child has at least one parent, including an adoptive parent [3] who is a U.S. citizen by birth or through naturalization;

•The child is under 18 years of age;

•The child is a lawful permanent resident (LPR); [4] and

•The child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent.The Child Citizenship Act of 2000 에 의해서 양부모중 한사람이 시민이고 입양이 완결된상태라면 모든 증명서류를 갗추어 미국여권을 신청하면 바로 발급됩니다. 이절차는 실제 경험에 의해 확인된 절차입니다.
