Q. 이번 CA Covid19 Rent Relief 신청이 신규 렌트신청에 부정적인 영향을 받을수 있는지요?

이번에 CA Covid19 Rent Relief 신청을 주정부의 추천을 받아 진행 했었습니다.

어려운 시기에 밀린 렌트비와 벌금등이 렌트 보조금으로 모두 지급되어

밀린 렌트금액이 없어도

해당 아파트 렌트 리뉴얼때나 다른곳에서 아파트 렌트 신청시 기록으로 등록되어

불이익을 받을 수 있는지요?

(2)This bill would prohibit a housing provider, tenant screening company, or other entity that evaluates tenants on behalf of a housing provider from using an alleged COVID-19 rental debt, as defined, as a negative factor for the purpose of evaluating a prospective housing application or as the basis for refusing to rent a dwelling unit to an otherwise qualified prospective tenant."

CA Covid19 Rent Relief 의 관련으로 신규 렌트신청에 부정적인 영향을 받을 수 없다고 하네요.
