Although not the same, it will usually be as follows:
1. 3 years probation;
2. 3 to 9 months of DUI classes;
3. 4-6 months of driving license suspension; and
4. Court fine of about $1,800.
As for driving privilege, it is advisable for you to set up a hearing within 10 days from the date of your arrest to extend your driving privilege.
