Q. 484(A) PC Petty Theft Misedmeanor

위의 제목이 집사람이 LAPD 에체포된 내용입니다. 체포후.보석금 내지않고 몆시간지나 나왓읍니다 금액이 작아서인지.. .전과는 없읍니다.
막연하지만 궁금한점 걱정되 몆가지 적어봅니다.

1.어떤처벌을 받게되는지
2. 전과루 남게되는지(전과가 되지 않으려면 무얼 해야하는지)
3. 법원 출두날짜 전에 준비할 일이 있는지(변호사 도움을 받어야하는지)
4. 전과자가 되면 대학다니는 아이 장학금 또 곧 입학할 아이들에에 영향이 있는지(취업 혹은 진학)

그사람은 시민권자입니다. 죄송하게도 질문 내용이 엉망입니다. 감사합니다

Any sentence (punishment) will not effect any other members of your family, but just the person who committed the crime. Generally, in petty theft cases, an attorney may be able to reduce the case to a non-criminal (infraction), if the person has no previous criminal record. Of course, nothing is guaranteed, but it could definitely be done.
