Q. 술 판매 허가않된 식당에서 음주

안녕하십니까?
술을 팔지못하는 레스토랑에서 손님이 술을 가져와서 마시는것은
레스토랑이나 손님에게 문제가 되지 않는지요?

정확하게 하시려면 시청에 문의 하세요. 아래 문과답 사이트에의하면 LA 에 2011 까지 그것은 불법 이었는데 그동안 바뀌었는지는 몰라요
그 사이트에 보면 법을 몰라서 식당들이 손님이 술을가지고 오는것 환영했고 심지어 식당 선전에도 그 문구를 끼웠답니다.

그러니 술판매 허가가 없어도 BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) 허가를 해주는 도시가 있다니 시청에 문의하는것이 제일 정확하겠지요.

According ABC, you need a license to sell alcohol at your restaurant and a different license where you can allowed a customer bring his/ her alcohol, I.e., to celebrate their birthday. It is not a big deal, unless you get caught by ABC or one of the person who became drunk and operate his/ her vehicle and get into an accident, then you will be liable, i am not sure your restaurant insurance will cover such torts. So, it is just avoid them by telling the customer with alcohol not to drink at the restaurant; what else can you do if they drink st the restaurant... be careful
