Q. 사이트에서 진품인줄 알고 구매한 명품가방이 가품이었습니다. 고발할 수 있나요?

인터넷 사이트에서 명품 가방을 조금 많이 구매했습니다.

정품 개런티 한다고 써 있었고. 몇번이고 정품이 맞는지

사이트에 확인한 후 진짜인 줄 알고 구매를 하였습니다.

그러나, 혹시나 하는 생각에 한국의 감정해 주시는 분께 부탁을 했습니다.

답변은 가품이라는 감정사가 날라왔습니다.

감정서를 가지고 사이트에 연락을 취햇더니 되려 판매한지 7일이 넘었으니

리턴은 절대 NO, 라는 말과 우리는 정품만은 판매한다는 식의 메일로

되려 욕아닌 욕을 하더군요.. ㅡㅡ;

돈과 시간이 얼마가 들든 이 사이트를 신고하고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

사이트는 modaqueen 과 bags of milano라는 사이트 입니다.

to get your money back fast, first of all, put a dispute on your credit card account and send all the information to credit card company. credit card company will give you a fax number or mailing address to send your complaint. I think it is very hard for you to prove goods are fake/counterfeit. credit company will investigate instead of you. that's the best way to solve this trouble. don't try to contact with that tricky company directly. you should avoid in the beginning to buy from this company since their return period is only 7 days. very smelly return policy. mostly they should allow 30 days to return. they are located in Las Vegas, NV. if above is failed, finally you can contact attorney general of state Nevada.(you google to find how to complain)
