어느 경찰서가 관할 이었는지 모르겠지만 범죄관련 리포트는 범죄 피해자및 지정된 관계자의 요청에 의해 대부분 경찰 기관에서 유료로 발행하고 있으며 피의자의 경우는 엘에이 경찰의 경우 체포된 날자, 위반 내용 처리 사항등이 기재된 Summary Report 를 발급 받을수 있습니다. 그러나 리포트 자체는 피의자의 변호사가 아니면 제공하지 않습니다. 그당시 변호를 맏았던 변호사 사무실에 문의 하기 바랍니다. 다음은 엘에이 경찰의 경우입니다.
If you have been arrested by the LAPD, you may obtain a summary of your LAPD arrests. The summary will list the dates, charges, and dispositions (if they are on file) for LAPD arrests only. The summary will not include outside agency arrests. You may apply in person or by mail.
To apply in person, go to Police Administration Building, 100 West 1st Street, Room P1-137, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The charge is $16.00, payable by check, money order, or exact currency (no change is made). You may elect to pick up your arrest summary or have it mailed. Arrest summary processing time varies, as it depends on the number of requests received.
To request an arrest summary by mail, please provide:
A full set of fingerprints on a standard fingerprint card containing all personal data, including mailing address and zip code.
A letter requesting an arrest summary.
A check or money order made payable to LAPD in the amount of $16.00. Do not send cash.
