Q. 부당한 체포 및 감금 3

I don't have enough money either knowledge to hire a private attorny or understand and defend myself from the thing happened to me.
anyway, I got some ideas how to deal with my case, and I got some questions from professionals in law.

1. My apperance date on the ticket is in the middle of Feb. Someone told me I can ask a judge get a public defender that day, Is it true? Do I should get a public defender before the apperance date or just wait till be filed my case?

2. In the mean time, Is it necessary I need to put the complaint and filed the sheriffs with an improper arrest? It seems it goes together with #1. Is it supposed to be like that? Do I need to deal with two things at the same time?

3. What should I do first and prepare before the apperance date?

I really appreicate you guys help.

If you believe your arrest was improper or unlawful, you can go to the station right now and file a complaint with the station against the officer. As for your court date, you can go on that date and ask for a public defender.
