Q. 시민권신청건이 클로우즈(인터뷰를 안해서)된것을 재신청할때 신청수수료는 웨이브 되는지요?

시민권 인터뷰 연기했는데 한달후 케이스 클로우즈 된 건

개인적인 사정이 있어서
시민권 인터뷰를 연기신청을 했는데
불참했다고 케이스를 크로우즈 한 경우에
이민국을 방문해서 이의를 신청할려고 하니
지금 이민국 방문 예약이 거의 불가능해서
재 신청을 할려 합니다.
이경우에 아래에 첨부한 "Notice of Administratively Closed Application" 에 있는것 처럼

8 CFR 335.6

(b) An applicant may reopen an administratively closed application by submitting a wirtten request to the Service within one (1) year from the date the application was chosed. Such reopening shall be without additional fee. The date of the request for reopening shall be the date of filing of the application for purposes of determining eligibility for naturalization.
