you may apply for a new number."

"If you discover that you have become a victim of fraud
as a result of DL/ID card identity theft, immediately contact
DMV for an appointment." 예약하여, 가까운 DMV 오피스를 방문하여
잘 해결하시기 바랍니다.

"To report identity theft/fraud of your DL/ID card number to DMV:
Submit a Fraud Review of Driver License/Identification Record (INV 35) form
