Q. Second job when someone is in E2 VISA status

안녕하세요.

I have questions about having second job while someone is in E2 visa status.


E2 visa was issued by the company and he/she works during the week days.


However on the weekends, he/she works at other place paid by cash. 


Is this legal? 


Reference: 

he/she works at other state during weekdays and works at different state on the weekends (paid by cash).  - how does he/ she reports the tax report?

E2는 스폰서 고용주에 한정되는 비자이므로 이민국의 승인을 받지 않은 곳에서 일하시는 것은 '신분위반'이 됩니다.

캐시로 받는건 세금보고 당연히 안 하시겠지요. 그리고 세금보고는 visa status를 문제 삼지 않습니다.
