Q. Notice of intent to file suit (credit 카드빚)

Today i received the letter, notice of intent to file suit letter .(due to credit card debt).

What does this mean?

When will they file law suit after they send this kind of letter?

( i do not have ability to pay credit card debt now.)

Please give me advice. Thanks

정해진 날짜는 없지만, 해당 편지를 받으셨으니 조만간 고소를 당하지 않으실까 사료됩니다. 협상을 통해서 삭감이나 Payment Plan 으로 진행이 가능하니, 이점 참고하시기 바라겠습니다.
