Q. Definition of "Conviction" 에 관하여 알고싶읍니다

부동산 라이센스를 딸라고하는데
10년전 쯤 두번 체포된적이 있었는데 두번다 재판전에 자동으로 dismissed
돼버린 케이스였읍니다

모두 제잘못이없어서 검사(아니면 경찰)가 재판포기한것이죠

그런데 이사건들이 아래문구에 해당하나요?

* Definition of "Conviction"
"Conviction" includes a verdict of guilty by a judge, a plea of nolo contendre, or a forfeiture of bail in municipal, superior or federal court. All convictions must be disclosed whether or not the conviction against you was dismissed or expunged or if you have been pardoned. Convictions while you were a minor must be disclosed unless the record has been sealed under Section 1203.45 of the California Penal Code or Section 781 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.

You have to be sure that your two previous incidents were dismissed. Many people are confused and believe that a plea bargain which ends one's case is a dismissal, but that is a conviction. But being arrested is not a conviction.
