Q. Daca and korean military

Hi,

Currently, I am 37 years old and 3 months old (US age) and is a daca recipient.

Will the Korean consulate issue a passport for me since I am over 37 years old?

I heard that the Korean government does not issue a new passport in your situation. However, please call them and double check.

By the way out of curiosity,those who were 31 or older would not be eligible for DACA on June 15, 2012 under the regulation. Can you please explain how could you get DACA when you were older than 31 on June 15, 2012?
