American Express에서 아래와같은 이메일이 왔는데 무슨 뜻인지 어떻게 하라는 것인지 몰라서 문의드려요.

빨리 돈 지불하라는 내용입니다.
만약 지불하지 않으면 크레딧 나빠지게 된다는 것입니다.

저희가 어떻게 납부금 연체사항을 신용기관에 보고하는지 주지시켜 드리고자 합니다. 고지서의 총액을 두번이상 납부하시지 않을시 님의 계좌는 연체계좌로 신용기관에 보고됩니다.

하지만, 만약 님께서 계좌의 오류등의 문제로 인하여 이의제기를 하셔서 신용보고에서 님의 계좌가 누락되었을 경우에는 저희가 신용기관에 보고를 하지않을 것입니다.
