소액 재판 결괍니다. 본인이 고소한 재판에 졌네요. 판결문에서 ...... (1) 피고가 갚을 돈 아니고
(2) 항소 할작정이면 30일 연장시킬 수있으나. 소액 재판에서 지면......(1) 고소한 요구액 법으로
받지 못하는 판결이며, 항소할 수 없고 (2) 고소에서 졌으므로, 아래 조항 의거 A) 재판 비용
B ) 항소 C ) 판결의 무효나 취소 등에 의해 처리 안되면. 법령에 의해 당신 돈을 지불하고
당신 돈과 자산(부동산) 을 걸어 지불 요구 한다는 요집니다. 이게 어떤 일입니까?
