안녕하세요?

제 남편이 H1B비자 연장을 신청해서 지난 주말 approval를 받은 상태고요.
저는 F1에서 H4로 COS를 작년에 따로 신청하였는데, 저는 Request for evidence라고 오늘 메일이 왔습니다.
저는 한국에서 혼인신고도 했지만, 미국에서 결혼해서 미국 LA에서도 혼인신고를 한 상태여서 LA county marriage certificate 원본을 첨부해서 보냈는데요.

Please Submit the following evidence: submit only photocopies of documents unless the originals are requested. All copies must be readable and clearly legible.

Submit a marriage certificate issued by the civil authorities for xxx(본인) and xxx(제 남편). The certificate must indicate that after the marriage ceremony it was registered or recorded by the county, state, or province.

이런 내용으로 RFE가 왔어요. marriage certificate를 첨부하고 cover letter에 enclosed list에 marriage certificate 넣었다고 명시했는데, 검사관이 못봐서 또 보내라는 건지 아니면 한국 혼인증명서를 떼다가 영어로 번역해서 보내라는 건지 의도를 모르겠어요. 뭘 보내야 할까요?

다음같이 나와있다면, 해당 결혼증명서를 원본으로 보내셔서, 사본으로 다시 보내시면 되실듯 사료됩니다.
