I have received a speeding ticket in laughlin, Nevada. I have few questions. Last traffic ticket I received was around 4 years ago. At that time, I attended a traffic school and cleared the record. I have following questions.

1) Do I get a point for the ticket that I received from Laughlin, Nevada?
2) Can I attend a traffic school in California?
3) Do I have to go to Laughlin court to take care of the ticket?

Please help me.

2. Yes. and need to pay ticket and additional fee for traffic school attending and cost of traffic school.

Thank you for your help. I have one other question. How do I get a permission to go to a traffic school? Can I do that over a phone call or do I have to go see a judge like in California?
