전 20살로 집에서 친구들과 맥주 1/2컵정도 마시고 약 1시간 정도 지나고 친구집에 바래다 주다가 차음악이 크다는 이유로 DMV 경찰에게 잡혀서 음주테스트 부는거로 0.02 가 나오고,음주측정테스트 모두 멀정히 통과하고 난후 그래도 알코올 농도가 0.02가 나왓다고 제 운전 면허증을 가지고 가면서 10일 안에 DMV에 와서 HEARING을 하라는 편지를 받고 보내주엇읍니다.
정말 알코올기운이 제몸안에 하나도 없엇는데 기록이 그렇게 나왓다고 해서 이런일이 제게 생겨서 어떻게 해야할지 몰라서 이렇게 여쭈어 봅니다.
제가 음주운전에 걸린건지요?그리고 앞으로 어떻게 해서 이일을 해결을 해야하는지 조언을 해주시면 정말 감사하겟읍니다.

First, you need to understand that there are two separate proceedings. DMV has their own procedures to take away your license or to suspend it. The court also has a procedure to sentence you to varies punishments. You need to be more specific as to whether you are ordered to court. I you got a ticket or were arrested, then you have been criminally charged with some crime. If not, all you are dealing with is a DMV hearing. Either way, since you are under 21, you cannot drink at all. As such, DMV may suspend your license. If they took away your license then you need to request a DMV hearing.
