법원가면 경찰 말을 먼저 믿습니다. 그러니 명확한 증거가 없으면 이기기 힘들죠. 근데 위반하신 것도 맞구요.

You did not do anything wrong because you were not using he phone ... touching the phone is not a violation

운전중 손에 전화기가 들려져 있는 순간적 상태라도 전화기를 사용한걸로 간주 된다고 어제 라디오에서 들었음.

You have to use the phone. If you touch the phone is not using it. But, how do police know that you were using the phone. They have to see it when you are using the phone. I can easily change my phone position from my driver side to the passenger side, so I was not using the cell phone. The radio is saying ... checked it yourself and asked an expert ( there is no one in Korean town). Sorry, for telling the truth. For example, go asked an expert if " one person came from Korea and he had a korea driver's license, and he wants to stay in United States for a year, does this person needs a California drivers license? If you can answer that, you are good.

The answer is that you don't need a California drivers license because your Korean driver license is good enough to drive in California. Sometimes a police officer don't know this . So, you have to do a research yourself or ask someone who is good

"하이웨이에서 잠깐 전화기를 들었다고 티켓을 줬습니다." 당연히 티켓을 줍니다. 안타깝지만 어필을 해도 소용이 없습니다.

로칼에서 길 가에 차를 세우고 전화기를 사용해도 테켓을 줍니다. 다시 말하면, 자동차 도로에서는 전화기를 만지기만 해도 티켓을 준다는 것을 님은 잘 모르시고 계셨던 것이라 생각 됩니다.
