You need to resolve it during the divorce and not after final judgment. This is not a simple thing to do, it's best you get an attorney to handle it.

You shoud have listed in the marital settlement agreement that your husband's pension plan will be divided by QDRO. otherwide, you can file stipulation and order to modifry the marital settlement agreement.. Afrter than you can file QDRO.. You may send email : wtpirvine@gmail.com.
