한국에있는 지인에게서 다음과 같이 억울함을 호소하여 왔습니다..
이분은 영주권자인데,현재 한국에 있습니다,다름이 아니라 지난 2월에 미국에 입국하여 영주권 갱신을위한 Finger Print 를 하였는데,몇일전 이민국에서 다음과 같이
다시하여야 한다고 편지가 왔습니다.이런경우는 이분이 한국에 있는데,다시 미국에
들어와서 Finger Print 를 하여야 하는지 난감합니다.그리고 I-290B Notice of Appeal or Motion 은 무었인지요?

appear on February 29, 2012 for fingerprints. You failed to appear for your scheduled appointment. There is
