state's residency requirement. Either the husband or the wife must have lived there for at least six weeks before filing papers to legally end the marriage.

After the papers are filed with the court it normally takes 1-3weeks for an uncontested divorce. For a Complaint for divorce if the other party is personally served it normally takes 6 weeks or longer

저도 궁금해서 물어보는데요. Residency requirement 없이도 이혼이 가능하다고 Reno 에있는 paralegal 회사서 그러네요. Although certain of our services do require residency in Nevada, Nevada Spendthrift Trust, Nevada annulments and the Dominican Divorce do not require residency in nevada. 저도 이점 매우궁금해요. 누가 시원히 답글 달아주세요.
