피해자 (피고)가 불참하면 그 case 법적으로 진행못하여서 dismiss되는데. . .
문제는 피해자에게 소환장 summon이 전달되고. . . 영장warrant 이 받부되어 피해자가 꼭꼭 숨어서 그 캐이스가
디스미스 된이후엔 나타나면 . . .원상복귀 ? 아무일 없던것 처름 되는데. . . 중요한건 피해자의 협조가 요구되고. . . . .
이천불-삼천불로 case당 끝날때 까지 잘도와 주시는 변호사분을 찾으시어. . ..
중요한건. . . 변호사 입장 에 직접 직선적으론 위와 같은 조은 못하게 되어있지만. . . . . . . . .
국선변호사public attorney 절데 사용하지마시길. . . 절데도움안됨! 서너번 5-6 번 case 미루고 6 개월 에서 일년 질질 짜고치는 고습톱!!!

I was arreseted for slapping my wife in New Jersey 1 year ago. ... you been convicted or pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor or felony or any crime? ... and I did a domestic violence course and then the charges were dropped .... . . "
"Misdemeanors and Disorderly Person offenses in New Jersey
A Felony is called a "crime" in New Jersey. A Misdemeanor is generally called a Disorderly Person's offense in New Jersey.
New Jersey does not call criminal offenses felonies or misdemeanors. An offense which would be a felony in other states is simply called a "crime" in New Jersey. A lower misdemeanor type criminal matter is under the "Disorderly Person" offense.

동종 전과가 있는 경우나 부인이 case를 drop하지 않고 유지하는 경우는
변호사가 있는 것이 좋습니다. 저소득층을 위한 public dependent를 신청해보기 바랍니다.
