violated section p422 인데

2월 21 일 까지 오라고 합니다.

지금 와이프랑 같이 잘지내고 있기 때문에

취소를 할수 있으면 취소해 줄수 있는데

전화 해보니까 취소가 안되고 일단 그날에 참석해야 한다고 합니다.

1. 그날이 되기전에 와이프랑 합의하여 취소를 할수 있는지요?

2. 변호사를 데리고 가야 하는지요?

3. 거기에 가서 나는 사실이 아니다 하고 증언만 할수 있는지요?
지금 와이프랑 사이좋게 지내기 때문에
와이프가 그냥 화나서 거짓 리포트 했다고 할수 있는지요?

If you received a letter for city attorney hearing and not an order to come to court, you should be able to ge the matter dismissed. However, if it's a court appearance notice, then it's too late and you must defend the case. Either way, it's better to hire an attorney to represent you.
