You need the basic such as making sure you have a business license to operate your business. If you are going to put up a new sign with a different name, you need to file for a dba or fiticious business name. You can go to your locan Korean news paper company and they will help you with a small fee. If you want to incorporate your business first, then you need to do that first then file for dba under the corporate name.
