안녕하세요. 저는 워킹퍼밋과 지문도 다 맞쳤습니다. 이제는 영주권오기만 기다렸는데 보충서류를 요청해서 4월 7일에 보충서류를 보냈습니다. 그리고 아직 답변이 없습니다. 답답한 마음에 이미레이션싸이트에 들어가서 확이한결과 이런내용이 있습니다. 읽어봐주시고 언제쯤 답변을 받을수 있을지 답변 부탁드리겠습니다.

On May 2, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. 안녕하세요 변호사 김형걸입니다.

지난 5월 3일에 제출하셨던 추가자료를 받아 서류 심사를 개시했다는 내용입니다. 이로부터 정확히 언제 영주권 신청서 심사가 완료될지는 알 수 없습니다. 경우에 따라서는 1-2달 내에 영주권 카드가 발급되기도 하고, 또 3-4개월 이상 시간이 소요되는 경우도 있습니다. 담당 변호사님을 통해 processing timeframe을 참고하여 오랜 시간이 지연된다고 판단되는 경우에는 이민국에 전화 또는 Infopass를 통해 지역 이민국에 직접 방문하여 심사 진행을 촉구할 수도 있겠습니다.
