어제도 글을 썼는데, 그래도 답답하네요

On June 4, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
이렇게 써 있는데, 꼭 영주권 승인이 되었다는 소리 인가요?
카드제작 들어갔다가 desicion으로 바뀌면서 이렇게 써 있어요
해석 부탁 드립니다.

승인단계에서는 decision과 card production 상태가 몇번 왔다리 갔다리 합니다. 카드가 곧 도착할 겁니다. 축하드립니다.

승인이 되었다는 소리예요!!! 너무 축하드려요~!! 이민국에선 최대 60일 정도 걸린다고 하지만.. 아마 2주안으로 영주권 받으실 수가 있으실꺼예요 ^^
