Many states do not permit you to use a PO Box as your legal street address.
PO Box is just a box; U.S. Postal Service workers have no particular obligation to accept
these notices on your behalf.
However
if you want to have P.O BOX you can go Post Office or
private mail box service and renting it.

많은 주에서 P.OBOX 주소를 를 법적으로 인정 하지 않고 있습니다.
pobox란 그저 box 일 뿐 입니다. 우체국 배달원은 당신이 지정 해준
P.O box로 배달 해야 특별한 의무는 없습니다.
그러나 P.OBOX 를 원하시면 우체국이나 개인 우체국 써비스 스토어 가서
Box을 랜트 하면 됩니다.
