Q. 인포패스 예약도 딜레이

영주권 갱신을 21년에 하고 1년 연장 receipt letter을 받았는데 그 1년도 이미 지나서 I-551 stamp를 받으려고 인포패스 예약을 했습니다. 물론 이메일로 특정 전화번호도 받았고 긴급이 아닌 것은 30일 안에 연락을 준다고 했는데 3주 째 되던 시점에 이민국에서 이메일이 왔는데 지금 내가 방문하려고 하는 지역 이민국에서 예약을 받을 수 없으니 연락을 해 줄때까지 기다리라는 것입니다.

너무나 황당했습니다.

아무런 기한도 없이 그냥 기다리라고 하는데 혹시 이런 경우를 경험하신 전문가들의 의견을 듣고싶습니다.

As soon as an appointment becomes available, we will:
