With a .09, it will be difficult to win at a dmv hearing. However, you may at least have your case reduced to a wet reckless driving instead of a dui in court with an attorney's help. As least that way, your record will not show a dui.
As far as your statement about how you were tested and arrested, it all seems standard. And you use of "hearsay" does not apply. Hearsay means an out of court statement used to prove something while you are in court during a trial.
