Q. Case Remains Pending

EB3 비숙련 진행중입니다. 지난 4월 I-140 승인됐고 I-485 승인 기다리고 있습니다. I-485 검색해보니 "Case Remains Pending"이라고 나오는데 어떤 의미일까요? 그냥 2022년 쿼터가 소진되어서 기다리라는 소리인지 뭘 해야하는게 있나 싶어 문의드립니다. 아래 함께 쓰여 있는 메시지도 첨부합니다. 이번 10월에는 희망있는 걸까요 ㅠㅠ 변호사님들의 조언 부탁드립니다 :)

"PLEASE NOTE: If you have submitted a valid transfer of underlying basis request, then this Case Status Online message does not mean that USCIS has paused work on your application. Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time.

The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application).
