Q. Affidavit for Sponsor (I-864 )

My aunt, as a sponsor, wants to file I-864 affidavit for sponsor for her daughter. However, as she has no income, I am willing to be co-sponsor and file I-864 as a co-sponsor.

My question is :

I filed tax return with my wife jointly, should both I and my wife file I-864 as co- sponsors ? or can I file as only joint sponsor ?

본인의 수입만을 이용하는 경우에는 본인 혼자서 I-864를 제출하시면 됩니다.
만약 와이프분의 수입을 사용하시는 경우에는 wife분이 I-864A를 별도로 제출하셔야 합니다.

I am not family members to sponsor. Sponsor has no income. Accordingly I am going to co-sponsor with the sponsor. In this case do I have to co-sponsor wth my wife for the sponsor . because I have been tax filing jointly with my wife.
