Q. i-751, RFE 받았습니다.

2월에 i-751을 조인트로 신청하고 3월초 핑거까지 끝낸후 어제 RFE를 받았습니다.

Your supporting evidence does not sufficiently establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together.

You submitted your marriage license, one joint lease, two lease in your spouse name , joint auto insurance identification cards, joint health insurance policy & cards, joint bank account statement with no transaction history verifying that you and your spouse have activity used the account throughout your marriage, copy of your 2012 jointly filed tax return without proof that the IRS accepted your return, your spouse benefit confirmation page designating you as the beneficiary, travel itinerary, two party affidavits, and photos.

Collectively, the evidence does not show in sufficient detail covering the period of your marriage that you and your spouse have shared responsibility and ownership of of financial and obligations, or have made financial planning agreements.
Please note that third party affidavits and photographs, although helpful, are regarded as supplemental and, alone, do not carry sufficient weight in establishing a bona fide marriage without other forms of supporting documentary evidence.

RFE 받은 후 위에 요청받은 것들과, 751 접수 후 최근 여행사진과 영수증, 주소가 들어간 병원빌, 새로 계약한 집 계약서, 서로의 이름과 주소가 들어간 편지 봉투 몇개, 최근사진 등을 첨부하려 합니다.

이렇게 저 혼자 준비하면 되는건지 아니면 변호사의 도움을 받아야 할까요?

이민국에서 본인이 제출한 자료들만으로, 두분사이의 결혼의 진정성 여부를 확인하지 못하여서, RFE 를 요구한듯 사료됩니다. 즉, 이미 보내신 자료들과 별개로, 두분의 결혼의 진정성 여부를 보여줄수 있는 자료들을 최대한 많이 잘 정리하셔서 보내시기를 권해드리겠습니다. 참고로 결혼하고나서 생긴 모든 Transaction 관련 기록과, 주변 지인들의 진술서, 가족분들의 진술서, 지인들과 가족들과 함께 찍은 사진 등 또한 도움이 되리라고 사료됩니다. 또한 본인께서 철저하게 준비하신다면, 전문가의 도움 없이도 진행할수 있으리라고 사료됩니다.

life insurance, W2, 새로산 집계약서, 지인들의 편지, 병원 영수증, IRS텍스 서류, 은행 내역, 최근여행사진과 영수증.
이렇게 보내려고 계획중입니다.

진술서를 다시 또 보내야 하는건가요?
사진을 가족들과 찍은것까지 모두 50장넘게 보냈는데, 더 보내라는 소리인지 여쭤봅니다.
