Q. 가족영주권 승인날짜가 어떻게 카운트 되는건가요?

저희 부모님이 영주권자이셔서, 이번에 I-130 을 넣었습니다.

그리고난서, USCIS 에서 서류접수 됬다고 문자를 받아서 홈페이지에서 확인하니깐, 이렇게 왔네요.

On October 9, 2014, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

이렇게 왔는데 I-130 승인까지 얼마나 기다려야하는건가요?
그리고 우선일자는 승인 받아야 알수 있는건지 아님 10월 9일이 내 우선일자인가요?
