Q. 14세 아들 영주권 갱신하려 합니다.

안녕하세요.

2010년에 영주권을 받았습니다. 아들이 14세 생일이 지난 지 20일이 되었습니다. 한달 안에 영주권 갱신을 해야 한다고 해서 Form I-90을 작성하다가 질문을 드립니다.

- 저는 처음에 한국에서 F1으로 들어왔다가 한국으로 다시 나가서 R1비자를 받고 들어와서, 샌프란시스코 지역에서 영주권을 접수했습니다.
그러면 이 항목에 무엇을 적어야 하나요?

종교비자는 Seoul에서 받았고
I360의 접수처는 California Service Center였고
I485의 접수처는 Nebraska Service Center였습니다.

"Seoul, California Service Center, Nebraska Service Center" 라고 적어야 하나요?

이것도 역시 "Seoul, California Service Center, Nebraska Service Center"라고 적어야 하나요?

- San Francisco라고 적어야 하나요? San Francisco International Airport라고 해야 하나요?
아니면 제가 일하는 교회를 적어야 하나요?

1) 마지막으로 I-485를 접수하신 Nebraska Service Center 라고 기입하시면 되실듯 사료됩니다.

2) 역시 Nebraska Service Center 라고 기입하시면 되실듯 사료됩니다.

3) 당시 San Francisco 에 거주하고 계셨다면 San Francisco 라고 기입하시면 되실듯 사료됩니다.
