Q. Motion to Reopen... 도와주세요...ㅠ.ㅠ

F-1 비자 신청후 거절된 뒤 납득을 할 수 없어서 Motion to Reopen 요청을 했습니다.
이민국에서 요구하는 서류와 비용을 보냈는데, 다시 메일이 한 통 왔습니다.
MTR 이라는 Form 인데요...

1. Your request / Motion to Reopen is improperly filed. If your intention is to reopen your case, please adhere to the instructions on the Form M-188. If it is an inquiry or other matter, please direct your question to the USCIS National Customer Service Center.

7. The fee for the application(s) / petition(s) you submitted is $ 585-w.

이렇게 두 곳에 체크가 되서 왔어요.
첫번째는 M-188 이라는 서류를 보내라는 것 같은데, 웹사이트에서 아무리 찾아봐도 없는데, 어떻게 해야하는지요...
두번째는 비용을 냈다는 소린지... 다시 내라는 소린지 모르겠네요...

담당했던 변호사님도 더이상 방법이 없다하시고, 지금 제 상황에 이 방법밖에 없어서 혼자서 이렇게라도 하고있는데... 걱정입니다... 도움을 청할 곳도 없고...

변호사님... 혹은 저와같은 경험자님... 어떻게하면 좋을지 조언 부탁드립니다...
